About us

The team collaborates to support a connected, digital future-ready organizational culture within ITS and across IT@UofT by integrating teaching and learning innovation, professional development for IT staff, strategic communication and culture-building. The team brings together skills and expertise in key areas that support community engagement, innovation and growth including:

  • Digital teaching and learning innovation through advancing pedagogical and technological strategies that enhance student learning and support digital transformation.
  • Professional development through design and coordination of learning experiences that support IT staff’s career growth and leadership along with our overall organizational capacity.
  • Strategic communication to align community engagement and strategic narratives with IT@UofT priorities to build clarity, trust and shared purpose.
  • Connection and culture initiatives that foster belonging, collaboration and inclusive practices that strengthen the human connection within our organization.

  • Strategic communication initiatives to promote programs, opportunities and/or awareness initiatives
  • Advising and consultation to cement ITS’s increasingly crucial role in the evolution of a future-ready technology-focused university
