SafeNet Client Installation for Windows non Domain-attached Computers

This document describes the steps to install SafeNet eToken client software and group policy in a Windows environment in which desktops are not domain-attached. The overview of this process is:

• install the SafeNet Authentication client (SAC client)

The SAC client is required to integrate the eToken into the desktop operating system. It also contains a license key for University users.

Installation and Configuration

• Download the appropriate client .msi files from: http://internal.sis.utoronto.ca/required-software/SafeNet-eToken-client.html One file is required: the SafeNet Authentication client.
