IT ASSESSMENT: The Planning, Governance, Assessment and Communications (PGAC) unit offers IT Assessment services to divisions and departments who are looking to reassess their IT operations and processes in order to deliver more efficient and cost effective services to their constituents.   
SERVICES FOR: STUDENT FACULTY STAFF ALUMNI VISITOR
TECHQUAL SURVEY: TechQual is a survey used to assess and measure the quality of IT service at the University of Toronto.   It is conducted on annual basis by Information + Technology Services. This survey is part of the Higher Education TechQual+ Project, which provides technology leaders with the tools to assess, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of technology services.  The project was spearheaded by Pepperdine University.

TECHKNOWFILE CONFERENCE: TechKnowFile (TKF) provides a platform for IT Professionals and Administrative staff from Academia to discuss, share and disseminate innovative and pioneering views on recent trends and development in communications, IT, management and leadership.

EDUCAUSE: EDUCAUSE is a nonprofit association whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology. All University of Toronto faculty, staff and students may sign up for free membership under the University of Toronto membership umbrella to receive e-publications, webinar invitations, and conference details.
