WEBINAR / WEB CONFERENCING: The University of Toronto has licensed Blackboard Collaborate as our institutional Webinar/Web Conferencing tool.  Collaborate provides the ability to synchronously broadcast audio and video; share presentations, applications, and files; create and manage breakout rooms; and conduct numerous additional live activities.  Collaborate integrates directly into our Learning Portal Courses and Organizations, and thus is easily accessed by both faculty and students.
SERVICES FOR: STUDENT FACULTY STAFF ALUMNI VISITOR
WIKI (CONFLUENCE) : On-premise enterprise level wiki-style team collaboration software. Ideal for sharing project documents in a secure manner.  Crowd-source meeting notes, share files, define product requirements, and make decisions – all in one place. This service is utilized by the Project Management Office (PMO) in the ITS Portfolio. 
SERVICES FOR: STUDENT FACULTY STAFF ALUMNI VISITOR
IT SERVICES CATALOGUE : This service is a web based collection of all central IT services either provided or managed by ITS to the University of Toronto community.   The catalogue serves as a tool for easily searching available IT services at U of T. 
UOFT MOBILE APP: Official UofT Mobile app operates quite like your smartphone or tablet, populated with various 'micro-apps' allowing the user to customize their experience.  Simply click the + symbol in the bottom left corner of the app to access the extensive and growing list of “micro-apps” from various UofT providers and add them to your UofT app experience. It’s that easy.  Available in iTunes (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android).
