Enriching Student-Faculty Interaction at UofT Through Technology Innovation & Integration
Application Submission Deadline EXTENDED to: July 22nd, 17:00 (5:00 pm) local Toronto time.
We are pleased to announce that funding has been secured for a new round of ITIF (formerly ITCDF) grants that will focus on the exploration and integration of promising technologies that support learning for all UofT students.
The ITIF is a seed fund designed to catalyze initiatives that immediately and directly impact University of Toronto education and teaching programs through innovation and development. It is funded by the Provost, and administered by Academic Technology Initiatives, a partnership between the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation and Information + Technology Services.
The ITIF is focused specifically on the practical applications of technology in design, implementation, evaluation, curriculum renewal, faculty development, or continuing education initiatives that enrich learning.
The ITIF is intended to support strategic directions in education broadly across all disciplines. The deliverables for each proposal must be closely aligned with the ongoing goals and objectives of the departments and programs from which they emerge.
For this year’s competition we are encouraging connections to initiatives that promote the enrichment and enhancement of student-faculty interaction and collaboration, although projects with other foci will also considered.
